Management ProfileRajan Narayanan Prior to this, he was responsible for IBM technologies group, ERP group and the global relationship with IBM. He is on the board of the COMMON Americas Advisory Council. Before joining MindTree in 2005, he was a founder-promoter of a software company in Bangalore, India, providing AS/400-related specialist services. As the COO and Vice Chairman, he was responsible for strategizing, lending technology direction to the company, deliveries and pre-sales activities. Earlier on, he was the CEO of a Chennai-based 100% EOU IT services company where he handled offshore projects way back in 1983. He is widely travelled and has vast exposure in working with, and supporting customers, in varied industry segments in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. He had co-founded LINC Software Services that merged with MindTree. Parthasarathy M A Partha has held several key positions including managing offshore delivery, R&D and head of the Microsoft Technology Center that included the Dot Net University and Microsoft alliance activities. He also headed delivery operations of strategic and large deals. He has excellent skills in project and people management, technology, estimation methodologies and managing customer expectations. Partha has been the recipient of several encomiums through his long career, among them, the prestigious 'Infosys Excellence Award' that he received a record four times. Partha has been a core member of several thought leadership initiatives. He was a key member of IFPUG membership committee during 2008-2009. He has also authored a book titled 'Practical Software Estimation; Function Point Methods for In-sourced and Out-sourced Projects' published by Addison Wesley in 2007. A keen sportsperson, Partha has the distinction of being a former international basketballer and was honoured with the Karnataka State Dasara Award for outstanding contribution to the game. Partha holds a B. E. (Elect), a Post Graduation in Comp. Science Engineering and a Diploma in Business Management. He is also a Certified Quality Analyst (QAI). Hari Krishnan Has held several key positions in managing technology practices and delivery, setting up business in new geographies, fostering IBM alliance and partnerships and pre-sales support. Maintaining customer relationships and alliances being his core strength, he has global exposure and managed relationships across Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. Hari holds an engineering degree in Computer Science and an Executive General Management Program from IIM, Bangalore. |

Parthasarathy has over 37 years experience, of which 25+ years are in the Information Technology domain. He was the AVP at Infosys Technologies. Prior to that, he was Group Manager at IMR Global. Earlier on, he had served as Sr. Engineering Manager with MECON (I) Ltd.
